Information Security Policy
Digital Hearts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates a comprehensive test and debugging business, manages information assets from our clients, and provides services based on proprietary knowledge and skills. As such, we recognize that the information assets we deal with in our business activities are indispensable resources and that their safe management is of vital importance. Therefore, all implemented initiatives will abide by the following information security policies.
1. Compliance
The Company shall abide by all laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations concerning information security.
2. Information Security Management Structure
The Company shall establish a system to appropriately manage information assets by appointing an information security officer and by formulating necessary regulations.
3. Execution of Security Measures
The Company shall take measures against identified information security threats and vulnerabilities to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets we retain.
4. Information Security Education
The Company shall implement educational programs on a regular basis to improve the information security literacy of all employees and ensure the appropriate management of information assets.
5. Continuous Improvement
The Company shall continuously improve our information security management system via regular assessments of our initiatives.
