DIGITAL HEARTS HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., the parent company of DIGITAL HEARTS Co., Ltd.has announced that it has entered into a strategic business alliance agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Business Alliance”) with “Beware of Bytes!”, a joint venture initiative formed by GENERAL ARCADE (PTE. LTD.) (hereinafter “GENERAL ARCADE”) and LUNATE PTE. LTD. (hereinafter “LUNATE”), aimed at expanding  its customer base through mutual client referrals and driving sales growth through enhanced service offering. 

Under the group mission statement “SAVE the DIGITAL WORLD,” the DIGITAL HEARTS Group provides one-stop, high-quality support services throughout the game value chain, including QA (Quality Assurance) services for detecting game defects. In recent years, the company has been actively introducing AI technology, including efforts to provide AI-based translation services and the appointment of AI Strategic Advisor. 

GENERAL ARCADE and LUNATE are gaming tech solution providers established in Singapore. Both companies' main businesses are porting, IP remastering, and contract/joint development for PC/console/mobile, and have extensive global experience and technical credibility with both major and indie companies. 
Furthermore, the two companies launched “Beware of Bytes!” (commonly known as “BoB”), a strategic joint unit that organizes elite members, including game engineers and AI specialists. The company also offers a variety of services that combine the strengths and expertise of both companies, such as technical services that enable optimization of entire programs based on source code analysis. 

Through this Business Alliance, GENERAL ARCADE and LUNATE, which have established customer bases in Europe and North America, and DIGITAL HEARTS Group, which has offices in Japan and major Asian regions, will collaborate to expand each other's customer bases and significantly strengthen global sales structures. This partnership will enable us to enter markets that were previously difficult to access and is expected to further broaden our service offerings and enhance the value we provide. 

In addition, through this partnership, DIGITAL HEARTS Group will be able to expand its upstream service offerings handled by the elite “BoB” unit, including code analysis, porting, remastering, and contracted/joint development services. By leveraging the synergies of this alliance, DIGITAL HEARTS Group will be positioned to make detailed proposals across the entire value chain and establish a structure for delivering comprehensive support services based on its existing offerings. 

One of the most promising areas expected from the alliance with “BoB” is remastering. Remastering, the process of reviving classic titles using the latest technology, has been gaining attention in recent years. For example, by reintroducing iconic Japanese IPs to the global market, it is expected to invigorate Japanese game developers and revitalize the international gaming market. DIGITAL HEARTS Group, together with “BoB,” will support high-quality, cost-effective remastering initiatives. 

In addition, we have also agreed to collaborate on the utilization of AI in the field of game technology. By combining DIGITAL HEARTS Group’s extensive experience and expertise accumulated through years of game QA with the advanced code analysis capabilities and cutting-edge AI technologies of the elite unit “BoB,” we will work together to plan and develop next-generation QA services powered by AI. 

Looking ahead, DIGITAL HEARTS Group, together with GENERAL ARCADE and LUNATE, will continue working to enhance their respective medium- and long-term corporate value and contribute to the further growth of the game and entertainment industry.
