DIGITAL HEARTS HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DIGITAL HEARTS HOLDINGS”)  the parent company of DIGITAL HEARTS Co., Ltd. hereby announces that DIGITAL HEARTS GeeSPORTS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “DIGITAL HEARTS GeeSPORTS”), which promotes initiatives aimed at addressing the challenges of a super-aging society through “GeeSPORTS,” an eSports initiative enabling participation across multiple generations, including seniors, was established on May 1, 2026, as a consolidated subsidiary.

■Background to the establishment of DIGITAL HEARTS GeeSPORTS
　In recent years, as Japan has entered a super-aging society ahead of the rest of the world, various challenges have become increasingly apparent, including the extension of healthy life expectancy and the creation of opportunities for social participation. Against this backdrop, DIGITAL HEARTS Group has advocated “GeeSPORTS” through GeeSports Executive Committee LLP and has been working to validate its social impact through initiatives such as organizing game experience events in collaboration with local governments and hosting the nationwide “GeeSports Tournament” at Expo 2025 OSAKA, Kansai.
　As a result, it has been suggested that experiences through gaming extend beyond mere entertainment, contributing to the cultivation of a “sense of purpose” and “confidence” among seniors, while also fostering motivation for continued social participation and facilitating the development of relationships across generations.
　In light of these outcomes, DIGITAL HEARTS HOLDINGS has decided to establish a new company, DIGITAL HEARTS GeeSPORTS, to ensure that this initiative evolves beyond a one-time project and becomes a sustainable framework embedded within local communities.

　GeeSPORTS is a multi-generational eSports initiative based on the concepts of “Simple Controls,” “Open Communication,” and “Enjoyment for All.”
　Through game design that emphasizes a high degree of cooperation, it creates opportunities for participants to engage with one another and take on meaningful roles, fostering an environment where immersion and excitement arise naturally.
